Our Story
Quadrate Ventures Ltd was founded in 1978 by brothers Steven and Richard, united by a commitment to quality craftsmanship and thoughtful homebuilding on Quadra Island.
Today, the family tradition continues with Graham (Steve's son) and his spouse Jamie leading the company. What began as a small family operation has grown into Quadra Island's trusted name in custom home construction.
